Tail Pulley
Returns the belt at the loading end. Wing or drum design with crowned face for accurate belt tracking.

Do you supply pulleys with keyless locking assemblies?
Yes. Pulleys can be supplied with keyless locking assemblies, taper-lock bushes or shrink discs, so the pulley grips the shaft evenly and is easier to fit and remove than a conventional keyed design.
Can you make pulleys to my drawing or replace an OEM pulley?
Yes. Share your drawing, a sample or the key dimensions (diameter, face width, shaft diameter, bearing centres, lagging) and we will manufacture a matching or improved pulley for your existing conveyor.
What standards and quality checks do you follow?
Our work follows CEMA, DIN 22101, ISO 5048 and IS 11592 design practice under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system. Shells and shafts are machined, welded and stress-relieved, and dimensional reports and material test certificates can be supplied.
Do you export conveyor pulleys worldwide?

How are pulleys packed for export shipment?
Pulleys are protected with anti-corrosion coating and wrapping, then packed in sturdy wooden crates or skids. Export wood packaging can be supplied heat-treated to ISPM-15 when your destination requires it.
Which documents come with an export order?
We prepare a commercial invoice, packing list, material test certificates and a certificate of origin, and can support other documents your country or bank requires. Please confirm your requirements when you place the order.

Do you make magnetic pulleys for removing tramp iron?
Yes. Magnetic head pulleys can be supplied to pull ferrous metal out of material on the belt, protecting crushers, screens and downstream equipment. Share your belt width, speed and material and we will advise on the right design.
